CRITERIA
WHO ARE OUR LITTLE BROTHERS AND SISTERS?
A Little Brother or a Little Sister is a young:
- 7 and 17 years old at the time of registration for traditional programs
- 16 and 21 years old at the time of registration for Mentorship 16|21
- That requires a positive and meaningful relationship with a mature and stable adult
- Who is devoid of serious behavior
- Who understands the nature and goals of the pairing, and who wants it
HOW IT WORKS
Here is an overview of the process :
- Fill out an application
- Participate in an individual interview with a worker from the organization
- Successfully complete the training Solid from the start
- Obtain acceptance or rejection of the application
Youth safety is one of our top priorities
A constant and rigorous follow-up with all the participants involved in the pairing is ensured by the intervention team so that the experience remains positive for all.
